The job: An established publisher of award winning maps and guides with worldwide export and co-edition sales based in the UK and with satellite offices in the US and Hong Kong is looking for a Print Production Manager. The person appointed will have full responsibility for production in Asia and the UK. Responsibilities include print production, scheduling and distribution.

The person:  Candidates will need to demonstrate a strong background in print planning, scheduling and production, full conversancy with digital publishing and processes a sound understanding of reproduction. They will also need excellent IT skills. Experience in co-edition printing, specialised publishing requiring hand-finishing and export shipping will be an advantage. Ability to negotiate, build and maintain international supplier partnerships and to make informed decisions accurately will be key.  The role would suit a first class communicator who would enjoy working with customers from around the world, often to tight deadlines.

Salary: c. £28k depending on experience, plus benefits
