The lucky candidate will need to have had experience with managing projects to run on time and stay on budget and also have experienced managing relationships and expectations between departments, ensuring that all team members are aware of any schedule changes. Great interpersonal skills are a must as this role requires real author contact.

 

You will also need to arrange start-up meetings for all new books, and progress meetings when any key project details change. You will also process invoices and organise a fortnightly Illustrated Books Meeting and take minutes.

 

It is essential that you have had experience in illustrated book publishing, either in production or editorial so you can project manage in this specialised field.
