Our client based in Leatherhead is a leading commercial consultancy, testing and media business which specialises in retail supply chain technologies related to industries such as packaging, paper, plastics, printing, publishing and consumer goods.

As one of the key knowledge providers in the above industry sectors they are now looking for an editor with the following skills and experience: 

Main duties:

• Chasing copy, subbing and rewriting
• Researching and writing articles
• Commissioning articles
• Helping freelance writers develop strong leads for articles
• Overseeing publications of title s with a given budge
• Uploading content and bulletin on the website and part of a service to subscribers of these publications

Successful will posses the following skills and experience

• Educated to degree level
• Experience of writing and editing news and features for B2B publication/website
• Sub-editing and proofing skills and able to work with production software such as in design and quark
