A renowned publisher of prestigious academic STM journals is seeking a creative and analytical Reporting and Analysis Executive to support their Advertising and Site License Business Unit (SLBU) Departments. The Advertising Department consists of 2 divisions: The jobs team is responsible for all classified advertising, selling ad space across all titles and websites. The Display advertising team is responsible for selling print and online advertising solutions to its customers to help promote their products and services to the company’s global readership. The SLBU sells the entire portfolio of the company’s journal titles, with the objective of growing site license revenues worldwide.

Your key responsibilities will include: Monitoring weekly/monthly site license and advertising sales figures and assisting in analyzing variances from forecast, gathering and analyzing usage information, analyzing market penetration rates, analyzing share of market information and evaluating trends in new, renewal and upsell business. This position will also be responsible for assisting in the yearly site license forecast for both departments.

The successful candidate should possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and manipulate data. Attention to detail is important, with the ability to be creative and think strategically. Good time management and prioritising skills are essential as are excellent communication and organisational skills.
