Our client is a charity that aims to improve the wellbeing of families and children in the UK . They are seeking a part-time (3 days a week) temporary Publications Marketing Officer to raise their profile through proactive marketing and promotion of their publications.

The role is for six months starting at the end of September/beginning of October, to work in their London office. In this role, you will develop and promote individual publications, write and manage production of catalogues and flyers as well as creating and maintaining publicity contacts, including bookshops and websites. You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) and will have experience in a similar role. With strong IT skills, you will be an excellent communicator with experience of copy-editing, analysing data and drawing up reports. The successful candidate will have a good telephone manner and enjoy talking to people and making new contacts as well as liaising with designers and printers.
