A leading trade publisher based in Central London is looking to appoint an International Marketing and Publicity Executive to join their team. The purpose of the role is to handle all the international marketing and publicity activity for your designated titles.

Key responsibilities include: managing the international marketing and publicity spend in accordance with set budgets; working closely with marketing colleagues in sister companies and key overseas customers to suggest campaigns; circulating UK artwork, copy and marketing plans as necessary; accompanying the European Sales team to present to key customers and discuss their marketing needs; arranging author tours and author publicity in conjunction with overseas offices, customers and distributors; organising the company presence at the London Book Fair; and sending out review copies to customers and international media as requested.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a marketing or publicity role within publishing, excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to juggle conflicting priorities.
