A prestigious trade publisher of visual and illustrated books, based in Central London, is seeking an experienced and confident Publicist/ Senior Publicist. This is an exciting and varied role with responsibility for promoting your assigned titles to the media, as well as working alongside the Head of Publicity to promote key titles.

Key responsibilities include: developing, implementing and managing publicity campaigns, including writing press releases and sending out review copies: planning and organising author events; and entering books for awards.

The successful candidate will have solid publicity experience, ideally within the arts or art or literary publishing, or with a strong interest in this area. You will be highly confident and organised, with the ability to plan and implement creative and innovative media campaigns, organise events and develop excellent press contacts. You will be a confident communicator, with the ability influence others, and to juggle a busy workload.
