The job: One of the UK’s leading international higher education/academic publishers with a first class list of both print and electronic ELT products is looking for a Project Manager to manage the development of a wide range of innovative digital products. The person appointed will be responsible for taking projects from initial concept through to final delivery and will be involved with managing project teams, working with editors to develop product concepts, and overseeing every aspect of product development through to publication.

The person: A degree level of education and background in ELT should be accompanied by good technical knowledge and a minimum of a year of project management experience. Experience of English language teaching and / or publishing is highly desirable. The successful candidate will have excellent general IT skills and experience of the development of software / multimedia.  Ideally they will also have experience of developing electronic materials for ELT/education, working knowledge of HTML, XML, Flash and Photoshop and experience of writing technical documentation and software testing QA. The role requires a highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail, confident communication skills and excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to work effectively on a number of concurrent projects.

Salary: c. £27 – 29k
