This is a great opportunity for an experienced commissioner to join one of the world’s leading educational publishing houses. Our client is a highly reputable, established and global educational publishing company and they are looking for a talented Publisher/Senior Publisher to work on their Exams and Grammar ELT education products.

As Publisher/Senior Publisher you will be responsible for managing and developing a profitable Exams and Grammar list. Key responsibilities will include completing market and competitor analysis to identify new publishing opportunities, composing proposals, planning research strategies for the team, overseeing projects on both the front and back list as well as liaising with Editors, Senior Development Editors and authors to ensure excellent quality levels are maintained.

The successful candidate will have proven ELT teaching experience and proven experience in developing and commissioning materials for the ELT market, preferably within the Exams and Grammar or Adult and Secondary areas. You should have excellent negotiation, networking and people management skills. Ideally you will commission with a customer focussed approach and have the ability to analyse and present market needs with appropriate publishing solutions to both internal and external audiences.
