You will be responsible for helping develop and implement the product roadmap for the service, engaging with the client base and the wider market to identify user needs and market opportunities and to translate these into interface, functionality and service enhancements. You will then manage the entire product development lifecycle to commercial release, contributing to support documentation and other technical marketing collateral to support marketing, sales and customer service.

You will have at least 5 years’ experience in online product development and product management, user interface design or web development, coupled with clear commercial acumen and excellent communication skills. You will also be a skilled project manager, able to engage with and harness multiple skills to successfully bring individual projects to fruition, and a proven market-watcher able to monitor competitor activity and make recommendations accordingly.
