Blake buys Trisha's tale
John Blake has signed ITV stalwarts Sian Lloyd and Trisha to write their autobiographies, marking what he says are his "most exciting" acquisitions since surprise bestseller Jordan.
Chatshow queen Patricia Goddard—better known as Trisha—will launch her book in April 2008 after signing a unagented deal with Blake. Blake promised the story would be "unbelievably interesting. She knows everybody and is a great raconteur."
Weather girl Lloyd is also lining up her book for spring, and Blake said it would be no-holds-barred. "God, she's going for it," he added.
