Ebury fiction picks up pace

Gillian Green, who recently joined Ebury from Piatkus as editorial director for fiction, has acquired three novels by Charles Martin in a "major" six-figure deal for British Commonwealth rights. Green struck the deal with Rebecca Gardner of Doubleday, and will publish the first novel, Where the River Ends, in July 2008.Ebury has also acquired Lost and Found by Jacqueline Sheehan, which will be the first title published on the new Ebury Fiction list in June.
